A class is held on the 2nd Wednesday of each  month
or by appointment.

Spring – Summer- Autumn- Winter

It’s fun, it’s inspiring, it’s educational and most of all, it’s delicious.

The Fox Hill experience is a celebration of the seasons and a place to enjoy the delights of the harvest and the beautiful countryside of the Southern Highlands .

It is also a place to learn helpful tips as you prepare interesting mouth watering dishes on the new  AGA stove.

Each of the seasons brings with it a selection of fruit and vegetables that we will harvest or source from local farms.

The garden tour gives plenty of opportunity to discuss growing plants and herbs.

Then we go back to the kitchen to prepare a seasonal feast together.

The cooking of the dishes is shared amongst the group with Lynne teaching skills and techniques as we go.

Class size is limited to 8 which gives the opportunity to ask questions about each dish.

The day concludes with everyone sitting down to a delicious lunch accompanied by premium wines and happy lively conversation.

Due to the seasonal nature of the Fox Hill experience each class and the dishes prepared will be different and unique.

Please wear flat shoes and bring a jacket.
